Water Flow Control System

This Standard Water Flow Control System CS4000 is a pre-set system solution to measure and control the flow of liquids. The system comprises of an inline paddlewheel flow transmitter, a modulating angled seat valve and connecting cables.

The paddlewheel flow transmitter offers an output signal to a modulating angled seat valve.

A programable controller allows the user to enter set points of the required flow needed and to be maintained. The programmer is illuminated and displays actual real time flow. The system self-autotunes, which eliminates lengthy set up procedures.

This system has been devised from 1/2” to 2” (DN15 to DN50), covering a wide range of minimum to maximum flows. Recommended pipe distances and installations are detailed in the data information, as is setting up, maintenance and many other features related to the controller.

This system allows automation to be installed, run and commissioned in one easy package, offering reliability and cost effectiveness.

The system offered Type CS4000 is for use on clean liquids such as water and media compatible to the materials offered.
